Sourcing.
STRATEGIC SOURCING.
Valued Services provided consist of crucial Design and Production strategic planning and allocation for early stage companies to large Fashion Houses, for Designers collaborations, capsule collections, new category launches to world-renowned fashion Houses.
- We provide specific custom-made analysis to detect the most effective manufacturing response to knitwear and/or RTW programs;
- We assist with Sourcing for both sampling and production with an active role on the ground at development studios and factories;
- We accompany designers on visits to development studios and to inspirational and research places to finalize the best garments style options for the season in accordance with design’s requirements;
- We manage the allocation to the studios and factories of Knitwear and RTW categories for development and/or production.

Research & PD.

- We can count on the widest range of factories and vendors in Europe to provide punctual solutions to knitwear and/or RTW programs;
- We accompany designers on visits to development studios and to inspirational and research places to finalize the best garments style options for the season in accordance with design’s requirements;
- We oversee development studios and sample factories and monitor all phases of development;
- We confer and problem solve with yarn mills when there are delays and quality problems;
- We manage and follow up on all styles developments from sketches and technical specifications to final samples.

Production.
STRATEGIC PRODUCTION.
Major US brands have been selecting our services valuing an overseas problem solving partner on the manufacturers’ premises as a truly crucial and decisive k-factor to achieve design and production expectations of quality and productive performance.
- Once Company places purchase orders for production, we assist throughout the pre-production and production process until production garments are delivered, making communication with factories easier and efficient;
- We pass initial cost targets and obtain first costs;
- We manage all pre-production preparations including negotiating all prices for production;
- We make sure all production samples are sent in time and approved on time to enable a smooth production process through to delivery of production garments;
- We communicate all fit and design changes about garments to ensure factories have clear information to proceed to production;
- We oversee production factories directly and/or through on-site contacts and monitor all phases of production;
- A special mention goes to strict Quality Inspections carried out at vendors’ facilities. We have had no returns on all programs assigned since 20 years;
- We ensure trouble shooting and solution finding in negotiation problems at all manufacturing stages and with all involved divisions.
